Location:
Baghdad. Employment Type: Full
- Time Equivalent. Job
Responsibilities:
- Supervise sales performance across all branches through Branch Managers.
- Monitor achievement of daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure implementation of approved sales, pricing, and promotion policies.
- Oversee customer service quality and promote upselling techniques.
- Analyze sales reports and take necessary corrective actions.
- Handle escalated customer issues.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales objectives.
- Monitor advertising campaign performance and results.
- Supervise social media management and in
- branch promotional activities.
- Support product launches and promotional offers.
- Develop commercial plans to achieve growth and profitability.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors.
- Prepare periodic reports to senior management on commercial performance.
- Propose initiatives to improve sales and customer experience.Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales and marketing, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role within a retail or multi
