📢 Job Opportunity – E-commerce ManagerDNA Lifestyle – Baghdad is looking to hire an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team.📍 Location: – Iraq Gate📅 Working Days: 5 days per weekJob Summary:The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and growing DNA Lifestyle’s online sales channels, including the website, social commerce platforms, and digital integrations. The role ensures a seamless online customer journey, accurate product content, stock synchronization with stores, and strong digital sales performance.Key Responsibilities:• Manage and update the DNA e-commerce website and product listings• Coordinate product content including images, descriptions, and pricing• Ensure stock synchronization between stores, warehouse, and website• Manage online orders, delivery coordination, and customer follow-up• Integrate and manage Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp Business, and social commerce platforms• Monitor online KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and sales performance)• Plan online promotions and campaigns with the marketing team• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams for product availability• Continuously improve website performance and user experience• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reportsRequired Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field• 3–5 years of experience in E-commerce management• Experience with Shopify or similar platforms• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social commerce• Experience with ERP/POS integration (Odoo preferred)• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic📧 To apply: Please send your CV to hr@dna-iraq.com
