The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation of computer systems, networks, communication systems, and security technologies while providing timely technical assistance to staff.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and administer company email systems, user accounts, and access permissions. - Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktop computers, printers, scanners, and other office equipment. - Maintain and support the company's network infrastructure, including internet connectivity, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems. - Troubleshoot and maintain security camera systems (CCTV) and other security technologies. - Provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for employees. - Maintain inventory of IT equipments.- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT services and equipment when required.
