A well-known international shipping company based in Basra is seeking to hire a qualified and motivated Logistics Specialist to join its growing team.Location: Basra, Iraq (with availability to work at Umm Qasr Port when required. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate daily shipping and logistics operations, including import and export processesManage shipment documentation (Bill of Lading, invoices, customs clearance documents, etc.)Liaise with shipping lines, port authorities, customs brokers, and internal stakeholdersTrack shipments and ensure timely deliveryResolve operational challenges efficiently under pressureMaintain accurate records and prepare operational reportsEnsure compliance with local regulations and company standardsRequirements & Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operationsFamiliarity with port operations, preferably at Umm Qasr PortFluent in English (written and spoken)Strong computer skills (MS Office and relevant systems)Ability to work under pressure and adapt to business demandsStrong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and organizational abilitySalary:Basic Salary ranging from IQD 2,500,000 to 3,000,000, based on experience and qualificationsHow to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to send their CVs to: Hr.bag022@gmail.comPlease mention “Logistics Specialist – Basra” in the subject line.
