- Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized, result oriented and strategic
- minded HR & Admin Manager to lead our human resources department and oversee administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing organizational structures, managing employee relations, ensuring legal compliance (especially for foreign staff), and optimizing facility operations to support company growth.
- Key
Responsibilities:
1. Organizational Development & Policy
• Design and update the Internal Company Policy and code of conduct.
• Develop and maintain Organizational Chart and establish clear reporting lines.
• Standardize Job Descriptions (JDs) for all departments to ensure accountability.
• Lead Digital Transformation by automating administrative processes and archiving.2. Human Resources & Talent Management
• Manage the full Recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
• Implement a structured Promotion Policy based on performance and skill matrices.
• Conduct periodic Performance Appraisals and identify training needs.
