Requirements:
*
- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Admin, or related field
- 7+ years of warehouse/logistics management, FMCG or Retail preferred
- Strong knowledge of WMS & ERP platforms
- Excellent organizational & inventory control skills
- Proven ability to lead & manage large warehouse teams
- Strong analytical skills with KPI tracking experience
- Knowledge of health, safety & compliance regulations*Key Duties:*
- Manage receiving, storage, picking & dispatch operations
- Implement inventory control processes for accuracy
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement & sales for stock availability
- Develop & monitor warehouse KPIs
- Lead, train & manage warehouse staff
- Ensure health, safety & quality compliance
- Optimize layout & workflows for efficiency
- Prepare operational reports for senior management*
