Requirements:

- Bachelor’s in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field. CIPD/SHRM is a plus
- 7+ years of HR experience, FMCG or Retail preferred
- Strong knowledge of Iraqi labor law & HR compliance
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & leadership skills
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast
- paced environment
- Strong analytical skills in HR metrics & reporting*Key Duties:*
- Lead recruitment, onboarding & talent acquisition
- Develop & implement HR policies and strategies
- Manage employee relations & conflict resolution
- Oversee payroll, benefits & compensation benchmarking
- Drive performance management & succession planning
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws
- Partner with leadership to align HR with business goals
- Manage learning & development programs*
