This is a strategic and execution heavy role designed for someone who can bridge the gap between creative ideas and measurable business growth. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing high performance ad campaigns, and acting as the technical authority during client consultations.Key
Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Craft and implement tailored marketing plans and calendars for a diverse portfolio of clients (with a focus on Real Estate, FMCG, and Lifestyle brands).* Advertising Management: Launch, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns across various platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) to ensure maximum ROI.* Technical Consultation: Attend pitch meetings and discovery calls with prospective clients. You will provide expert guidance on workflow, technical implementation, and data backed projections.* Client Management: Act as the primary strategic point of contact for accounts, ensuring that all marketing activities align with the client’s business objectives.* Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign data and provide clear, actionable reports to clients, explaining "the why" behind the numbers and the next steps for growth.
Qualifications:
& Skills* Experience: 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment.* Technical Proficiency: Hands on experience with Business Manager, Ads Manager, and analytics tools.* Strategic Thinking: Ability to build a marketing funnel from scratch from awareness to conversion.* Communication: Exceptional presentation skills. You must be able to translate complex marketing jargon into simple, persuasive language for clients.* Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.* Visual Alignment: An eye for high end aesthetics and an understanding of how marketing strategy supports a premium brand identity.To
