Location:
Remas City – Erbil, Kurdistan Region, IraqCompany: ARTIMA Company for Investment and General Trading Ltd.Working Days: 6 days per weekJob Description
- Review mechanical drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Supervise mechanical works implementation on site for plumping, air conditioning, ventilation, firefighting system, swimming pool systems, gas supply, water heating and elevators.
- Supervise all works in different areas of the project including villas, multi
- story buildings, service and commercial buildings.
- Coordinate with civil and electrical engineers to ensure proper installation
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks Correct any wrong practices during the work.
- Keep the spending within the project budget.
- Understand the relation between mechanical system and other systems.
- Maintain records, prepare reports and compose correspondence relative to work.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
- Communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.
- Prepare progressive payments and invoices.Education, Qualification, and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Previous experience in construction projects (experience determines salary)
- Knowledge of mechanical codes and safety standards
- Ability to work on
- site full time (6 days/week)5 years of experience.
- Has written and verbal communication skills (Kurdish, Arabic and English).
