- Naseej Logistics Services is looking for an IT Help Desk employee to join our team in Baghdad – Awerij.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily technical support for employees and office devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, and network issues
- Install and configure computers, printers, and office systems
- Support and monitor CCTV camera systems
- Assist in configuring and maintaining MikroTik devices and network connections
- Handle basic support for Mimosa wireless devices
- Manage user accounts, email setup, and access permissions
- Ensure all systems and devices are operating properly
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk
- Good knowledge of Windows systems and Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of networking and CCTV systems
- Familiarity with MikroTik devices is preferred
- Familiarity with Mimosa devices is a plus
- Cisco certification (CCNA or equivalent) is preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly Job Details:
