IQD 1,000,000 – 1,250,000 (Based on experience and performance) + IncentivesDarjah for Recruitment Services is currently hiring a Business Development & Sales Executive for one of our clients in the training and consulting sector. The role focuses on business development, B2B/B2C sales, telesales, customer support, and client relationship management.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development and sales strategies.- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.- Conduct calls, follow-ups, and client meetings to generate new business opportunities.- Promote and sell training and consulting services to companies and individuals.- Handle customer inquiries and provide professional client support.Achieve monthly sales and business growth targets.- Maintain accurate client records and sales pipelines.- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis for management.- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experience and service delivery.Qualifications & Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.- 3–5 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, B2B/B2C sales, or customer relations.- Previous experience in training, consulting, or service-based industries is highly preferred.- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Excellent client relationship management abilities.- Good reporting and analytical skills.- Good command of English language.- Professional appearance and confident personality.- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.To apply:Please send your CV to:muhmdalrawi@darjah-iq.comSubject line: Business Development & Sales Executiveor: https://lnkd.in/dGijpF6Mlnkd.inLinkedInThis link will take you to a page that’s not on LinkedIn
