Job Opportunity: NMC (Network Monitoring Center) Engineer We are looking for a motivated NMC Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience working with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Checkmk, or similar platforms. Additional familiarity with security monitoring solutions such as Forti SIEM and WAZUH will be considered a strong advantage.Key
Responsibilities:
- Monitor network and system performance using enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Checkmk).
- Identify, escalate, and assist in resolving incidents to ensure service availability and reliability.
- Generate and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and reports for operational visibility.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to improve monitoring coverage and response processes.
- Support proactive detection of anomalies and contribute to incident response activities.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of hands
- on experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Checkmk, or equivalent).
- Basic understanding of network infrastructure, servers, and security concepts.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with Forti SIEM and WAZUH is a plus.Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.How to
