2.1. Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, client requirements, and applicable laws and regulations. 2.2. Promote a strong safety culture across the project site.2.3. Monitor the implementation of HSE management systems. 2.4. Conduct or support risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses. 2.5. Ensure workers follow approved work procedures and permit

- work requirements. 2.6. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports. 2.7. Prepare incident reports and recommend preventive measures. 2.8.
