📢 Hiring – Senior QA Engineer📍 Location: Basra, Iraq🏢 Company: CEEC International Engineering Co., Ltd.Responsibilities:• Prepare, manage, and submit all QA/QC documents, including IRs, NCRs, ITRs, inspection reports, and completion dossiers.• Supervise contractor activities and coordinate the on-site QA/QC team with project management to resolve construction issues.• Review weekly and monthly progress and quality reports; assist in compiling final project documentation for client handover.• Participate in the development and improvement of quality management systems, QC procedures, work procedures, and inspection & test plans (ITPs).• Maintain electronic and hard-copy QA/QC document systems, ensuring proper version control and approvals.• Track and follow up on all quality-related documents and reports, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and clients.• Assist the QA/QC team in preparing weekly and monthly quality reports.• Ensure all project documentation complies with contract requirements and international EPC standards.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering; QA/QC or document control training preferred.• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in civil QA/QC document management, preferably in oil & gas or large EPC projects.• Proficient in handling IRs, NCRs, ITRs, inspection reports, and completion dossiers.• Familiar with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Project Quality Plans (PQP), non-conformance management, and inspection & test plans (ITPs).• Knowledge of international EPC standards• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.• Immediate availability📧 Apply: yhfeng0571@ceec.net.cn
