Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:Build monthly strategies and content calendarsCoordinate with designers, creators, and directorsWrite captions and prepare content briefsSchedule daily posts and manage accountsMonitor comments, messages, and interactionsTrack trends, competitors, and audience insightsEnsure brand consistencyPrepare monthly performance reportsAds Specialist:Create and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google optional)Define targeting/retargeting strategiesPrepare ad copy and creative briefsManage budgets and monitor daily performanceRun A/B tests and optimize resultsCreate weekly/monthly ad reportsEnsure compliance with platform policiesRequired Skills:Social Media:Strong knowledge of major platformsContent planning & community managementUnderstanding of analytics and engagement metricsAds & Marketing:Expert in Meta AdsGood experience with TikTok AdsKnowledge of funnels, audiences, and conversionsData
