- Nardeen Restaurant Management is looking for a dedicated and experienced Employee Relations (ER) Officer to join our team.📍
Location:
Zayouna, Baghdad🕒 Working Hours: Full
- Time (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)📅 Working Days: 6 days per weekKey
Responsibilities:
* Manage employee relations and address employee inquiries and concerns.* Ensure the implementation of HR policies and procedures.* Investigate employee complaints and workplace conflicts, and support effective resolution.* Foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.* Monitor compliance with the Iraqi Labor Law and internal company policies.* Prepare and maintain employee relations reports.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in Employee Relations or Human Resources.* Strong communication, negotiation, and problem
- solving skills.* Good knowledge of the Iraqi Labor Law and HR policies.* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.📩
