Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).Manage day
- to
- day social media operations, content scheduling, and page engagement.Analyze campaign metrics (CPL, ROAS, Engagement, CTR) and deliver regular performance reports.Collaborate with the creative team to produce high
- converting ad creatives, video reels, and copy.A/B test target audiences, ad formats, and messaging to maximize ROI.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Media Buyer / Meta Ads Specialist with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.Solid experience in Social Media Page Management and audience growth strategies.Medical / Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred.In
- depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Custom Audiences, Lookalikes, and Meta Pixel/API setup.Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data into actionable strategies.Excellent communication and time
