Job Vacancy: Application SpecialistLocation: Basra, IraqHospital: Al Sebtain HospitalJob Type: Full-timeJob Summary:The Application Specialist is responsible for supporting, implementing, and optimizing business applications to ensure smooth operations across Al Sebtain Hospital. The role includes providing technical expertise, user training, troubleshooting, and collaborating with teams to improve system performance and user experience.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the main contact for application issues, requests, and enhancements.Install, configure, and maintain business applications per hospital requirements.Troubleshoot application errors, analyze root causes, and implement fixes.Work with vendors and IT teams on upgrades, integrations, and customizations.Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing application support.Monitor system performance and conduct regular health checks.Participate in application rollouts, migrations, and process improvement projects.Ensure compliance with security policies and data privacy regulations.Continuously assess application performance and suggest improvements.Interested candidates should submit their resume to ( Saja.mahdi@stepmedtec.com ) with the subject line " IT - Basra”
