Job Announcement – HSE Officers / Inspectors (2 Positions)A well-established oil refinery located near Erbil is seeking to recruit two qualified HSE Officers / Inspectors to join its HSE team under a client-side contract.Contract Type:1-Year Renewable ContractClient-Side EmploymentKey Responsibilities• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with HSE standards• Monitor safety performance across refinery operations• Implement and follow up on Process Safety requirements• Review and apply PTW, JSA, and risk assessments• Report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions• Support continuous improvement of HSE practices• Prepare clear and professional safety reportsRequirements• Must be a resident of the Kurdistan Region with valid residency• Proven experience in core HSE principles• Strong experience in Process Safety is mandatory• Previous experience in oil & gas, refinery, or industrial facilities is highly preferred• Solid knowledge of PTW systems, JSA, risk assessment, and incident reporting• Strong communication, observation, and reporting skills• Relevant HSE certifications are considered a strong advantageHow to Apply:Qualified candidates are invited to send their CV to:belo90429@gmail.com
