- established oil refinery located near Erbil is seeking to recruit two qualified HSE Officers / Inspectors to join its HSE team under a client

Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with HSE standards
• Monitor safety performance across refinery operations
• Implement and follow up on Process Safety requirements
• Review and apply PTW, JSA, and risk assessments
• Report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions
• Support continuous improvement of HSE practices
• Prepare clear and professional safety reports
Requirements:
• Must be a resident of the Kurdistan Region with valid residency
• Proven experience in core HSE principles
• Strong experience in Process Safety is mandatory
• Previous experience in oil & gas, refinery, or industrial facilities is highly preferred
• Solid knowledge of PTW systems, JSA, risk assessment, and incident reporting
• Strong communication, observation, and reporting skills
• Relevant HSE certifications are considered a strong advantageHow to
