Job Summary:The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing, executing, and monitoring all digital activities for the agency and its clients. The role focuses on transforming approved marketing strategies into measurable digital results while ensuring full alignment with brand identity, objectives, and agreed performance indicators.Key Responsibilities:1. Digital Planning & Execution• Execute the approved digital strategy in alignment with each client's needs and platform requirements.• Translate marketing objectives into clear, actionable digital plans.• Develop and write marketing content, with a clear understanding of the differences between:• Advertising content• Informational content• Interactive content• Prepare monthly content calendars in coordination with:• Art Director• Copywriter• Media Buyer• Ensure content readiness and approval before publishing.• Manage digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.• Schedule and publish content daily according to the approved plan.• Monitor engagement, messages, and comments in line with each client's policy.• Escalate any digital challenges or observations immediately to the direct manager.2. Monitoring & Performance Analysis• Monitor digital performance on a daily basis, including:• Reach• Engagement• Conversions• Growth• Prepare performance reports:• Weekly reports (upon request)• Monthly reports (mandatory)• Clearly interpret and present performance data to management and clients.3. Internal Coordination• Coordinate closely with the Art Director to ensure visual alignment with brand identity.• Work continuously with the Copywriter to ensure content suitability for each platform.• Coordinate with the Media Buyer to align content with paid campaigns.• Ensure that no unapproved content is published.4. Optimization & Continuous Improvement• Propose data-driven improvements and optimizations.• Stay up to date with digital trends and platform updates.• Continuously refine content approaches based on performance results rather than personal preference.Required Qualifications:• Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.• Excellent knowledge of analytics and tracking tools such as:• Meta Insights• Google Analytics• Strong understanding of both creative and digital marketing.• High organizational and time-management skills.• Proven experience in preparing detailed analytical reports.• Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams.• High accuracy in budget management.• Ability to work within a diverse team and meet deadlines.• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest trends in digital marketing.jobs@mem-iq.com
