Job Description
Collection Manager – Real Estate (Iraq)Manage all receivables for real estate sales, leasing & services, ensuring timely collections and reduced outstanding balances.
Responsibilities:
Oversee collections, follow
- ups & AR agingLead and manage the collections team & targetsCoordinate with Sales, CS & Legal on disputes and defaultsNegotiate payment plans & settlementsEnsure compliance with contracts & Iraqi regulationsPrepare collection reports & improve processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Business or similar6–10 years collections experience (real estate preferred)Strong knowledge of installment & leasing collectionsProven team management experienceShare CV to a.anthony@taameergroup.com
