National Health Factory (NHF) is seeking a qualified and motivated professional to join our Quality Assurance team for the following role:- Position: IPC Officer (IPQA)- Department: Quality Assurance- Job Level: Officer- Reports To: QA Specialist / QA Supervisor- Location: Baghdad, Jurf Alnaddaf Job Purpose: To ensure effective in-process quality assurance oversight across production, packaging, warehousing, and supporting utilities by implementing approved SOPs and batch records (BMR/BPR). The role ensures compliance with GMP and GSDP, maintains product quality, and supports audit readiness.⸻Key Responsibilities: • Ensure in-process QA control during manufacturing and packaging activities in accordance with approved SOPs and BMR/BPR. • Perform and document line clearance, set-up, and start-up verification and approval. • Conduct required in-process checks, follow up on sampling, and ensure accuracy, completeness, and data integrity of documentation. • Identify, report, and support the investigation and closure of deviations and GMP-related issues. • Support routine GMP monitoring activities and self-inspections.⸻Job Requirements: Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.Experience: • Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Systems within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries.Skills & Knowledge: • Good knowledge of GMP and GSDP requirements. • Strong understanding of manufacturing and packaging processes. • Ability to review and verify batch records and GMP documentation. • High attention to detail with strong observational skills. • Effective communication skills and ability to work closely with Production, Packaging, Warehouse, and QC teams. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with documentation systems.⸻How to Apply: • Email: hr.recruitment@nhf.iq(Subject: IPC Officer) • WhatsApp: 07873925955(Please mention “IPC Officer” in your message)
