- commerce sales performance by leading the online sales team, managing the CRM system, increasing Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and improving conversion rates while achieving clear monthly sales targets.________Key
Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up
- to
- date customer data.
• Design and execute strategies to increase LTV and repeat purchases.
• Lead and manage the e
- commerce sales team, setting clear targets and monitoring performance.
• Improve conversion rate.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Participate, when required, in appearing on social media content (videos, live sessions) to support sales and build brand credibility.________
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e
- commerce or online sales.
• Hands
- on experience with CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of LTV, and Conversion Rate metrics.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Data
- driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Existing influencer connections or strong market knowledge is a plus.________What We Offer
