Qualifications:
and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3
- 5 years of experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role.Skills and Technical Knowledge:
- Excellent ability to provide technical support, troubleshoot problems, and efficiently answer user inquiries.
- In
- depth knowledge of computer hardware and software concepts and networks.
- Knowledge of configuring and managing firewalls (FortiGate).
- Ability to stay up
- to
- date with the latest IT technologies, tools, and trends.Key
Responsibilities:
and Practical Experience:
- Configuring and managing networks using Cisco and MikroTik devices.
- Configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Windows server environments.
- Experience with CCTV systems and related infrastructure.
- Managing and supporting central and internal telephone systems.
- Providing IT technical support, including troubleshooting and repairing hardware, software, and network issues.
- Providing remote technical support to end users and branches.Personal Skills:
