Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute revenue
- focused marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives
• Drive B2C sales growth across digital and retail channels
• Support and structure marketing activities to enable B2B expansion
• Build and lead the marketing department, including hiring and team development
• Manage and coordinate with external marketing agencies
• Oversee brand positioning, trade marketing, promotions, and activations
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI performance
• Establish clear KPIs and report performance directly to the CEO________
Requirements:
• 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within FMCG
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth and market expansion
• Strong expertise in B2C marketing, brand management, and trade marketing
• Experience managing agencies and marketing budgets
• Data
- driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
• Experience in supporting or launching B2B initiatives is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
